I am delighted to write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Yana Garwood. I have been Yana’s guidance counsellor since class 8. In this role, I tracked her academic progress and guided her in dealing with other problems. However, she rarely needed my assistance to overcome obstacles. She is a self-sufficient person who gets along with everyone. She also managed to ace the networking basics through her excellent communication and collaboration skills. However, whenever there were times when she sought my help, Yana was extremely honest about her challenges. She has this approach where she will work her best to solve problems together with a person.

I noticed her approach to problem-solving when she mentioned that she takes feedback as “gold”. Through positive, constructive criticism, Yana thrives on improving and finds new dimensions to fix old issues. This quality of hers reflects during the process of her receiving feedback. She is a great listener, so she attentively and patiently pays attention to make a mental note of everything she can improve upon. Later, she reflects upon it and comes up with strategies to never repeat the same mistake.

All these qualities have culminated into a charming personality. Her warm and friendly personality makes everyone comfortable whenever she enters a room. Consequently, her first impressions are pretty strong. She builds up on it with the way she holds great conversations with confidence and attentiveness.

To summarise an interaction with her, it is sufficient to say that she carries a wholesome aura. She speaks politely and concisely with a hint of the continual positivity she radiates. This skill is true to her personality but can also be used well in diplomatic endeavours. Moreover, her manner of speaking and carrying herself makes interacting with her quite simple and pleasant.
