CLBS TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms & conditions on this page explain the agreement (contract) between CLBS and you, the user of CLBS services or products.
You automatically agree to fully accept CLBS terms & conditions below anytime you do any of the following things: visit CLBS website or social media pages, purchase services or products from CLBS, receive free services or products from CLBS or when you become a CLBS member or subscriber.
Class cancellation:
All cancellations need at least 3 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 3 hours notice, you lose your paid-for class. If a teacher cancels with less than 3 hours notice, you get an extra class. Students need to inform CLBS Admin to cancel their class either via whatsapp/ call/ mail prior the class hours. Failure to do so will result in a paid-for class against misusing the trainer’s time. If the student does not join the class within 10 minutes after the class starts, the class stands canceled and no extra class will be provided. To reschedule the class, the student must inform the instructor prior the session, based upon mutual availability the rescheduled class will be held.
Class length and Code of Conduct:
Each class includes a 90% live conversation class and a 10 minute to create a personalized class report, with more corrections, explanations, tips, quizzes and homework. Please do not interrupt the trainer. If in doubt, let the trainer complete and then ask your query in a polite and respectful manner. Do not leave class early without okaying it with the instructor in advance. Try not to distract or annoy your classmates. Student’s are not allowed to write anything on the trainer’s whiteboard, exceptions will be made upon the trainer’s discretion. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the class. Unmute only when you have a question or when the trainer will call on learners by name and ask them to give feedback and answers verbally. For group classes – raise a hand for agreement participation.
Technical issues:
Zoom/Google Meet is extremely reliable. We provide classes online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, experiencing almost no problems! If you have electricity or technical problems from your side, CLBS can not be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class. If not informed prior, the class stands cancelled. If there is a glitch in the zoom from Admin side, it is the trainer’s responsibility to inform in advance and provide a compensation class as mutually agreed upon. Please note that for quality control purposes, classes may be recorded. At CLBS, we prefer video classes – students are advised to keep their video on.
Pricing conditions:
60 minute classes are 55 minutes of teaching + 5 minutes of class report writing. Each editing ticket is for 60 minutes of a teachers’ time. Minimum of two classes/week is recommended. Classes unused within a week will expire. 100% Refund is allowed within the first 2 classes if the student wishes to withdraw. Fees must be cleared in advance by the due date post which 2% interest is levied for every 5 days deferral. 10 days past the due date, the classes will be discontinued upon non-payment of the month’s fees.
Scheduling conditions:
Students are responsible to check their scheduled classes in the online scheduling system. CLBS is not responsible for wrong booking times or dates from student’s end. Scheduled times in the online scheduling system are in Indian Standard time zone, day & time. We recommend using a time converter.

Group Discounts:
For groups of 2, 3, or more who study together with one teacher, CLBS gives big discounts on classes. You can study in groups of ANY size, even seminars or webinars for 50+ students is possible, with significant discounts. For more questions, speak to a CLBS CONSULTANT via contact@clbs.co.in
Intensive Program Discounts:
When a student takes 15 to 30 hours a week, this is considered an Intensive Program and discounts apply, depending on how many students sign up, the number of classes per week and the length of the program. If any student wishes to repeat the classes, they are eligible to do so by joining the next available program, subject to availability.
Free Learning Products & Materials:
CLBS has a huge question bank and free resources for CLBSians; however CLBS students get special access to a huge library of resources, programs, materials, class topics and lesson plans.
